Policies & Procedures
A mutually agreeable lesson time will be provided for a student and will be that student's time, exclusively, unless prior notification has been given.

It is requested that all students arrive on time for their lesson, with all books and materials, to maximize use of lesson time.  A late arrival for a lesson may result in a shorter lesson time, without adjustment in price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a lesson must be cancelled for a given lesson time, a week's notice is preferred and rescheduling the lesson for another mutually agreeable time is always beneficial so as not to interrupt the student's progress.  In the event a week's notice is not possible, all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the student's  lesson.  Unfortunately, any lessons that are cancelled within 24 hours of the student's scheduled lesson time are subject to full payment to the instructor, regardless of rescheduling, which will be due at the student's next scheduled lesson.

Lessons that are cancelled by the instructor are not subject to the cancellation policy and will be rescheduled without penalty.

Two weeks notice is preferred for extended absences (more than 1 lesson).

Two weeks notice is required for withdrawal from lessons.  If less than two weeks notice is given, the lesson fee(s) for the two weeks notice or its remainder of the 2 weeks shall be due to the instructor at the student's last lesson.
